  As I'm starting to come accustomed to when visiting a Metro PCS store whether it's an authorized dealer or actual Metro PCS store... The customer service is sub-par. Most of the time the employees are standing around not busy and not as eager to approach you and offer assistance. And even when you are helped you walk away more frustrated or have even more questions due to the lack of knowledge of product and services. Can never get the same response twice from different employees. Poor and inconsistent training. With this location I experienced rude and abrupt service and a not so willingness to help attitude. Seemed like I was bothering them from their social hour. Really starting to consider making the switch to a different provider.
