  This store is under new management, so with that said, most of the employees who work here now have a good attitude and are very attentive to their customers. Regarding the Return policy on their accessories.. they don't do returns. It's COMPANY POLICY., every retail store has its own policies but they try to work something out with you. I have been to this store several times and I have always been greeted upon arrival and assisted in a timely manner.
