::Not only was this guys a bit of a creep. He was uninterested in helping me at all. Seemed that way while he watches a video on his phone. Didn't stand while helping either. Stayed seated, hardly making eye contact. If possible go elsewhere.

::I have been with another large phone company for 17 years, the monthly payments got outrageous, the phones, ridiculous, having to rent a phone, buying a lifetime extended warranty plan thinking as much as you pay for that, that in itself would cover more than just a defect of the phone but no it didn't. Did I mention I had been with that company for 17 years??? So when I broke my phone, yes me I dropped it, cracked the screen bad enough the phone would not show anything I made a trip to one of the locations, waited for at least a hour for someone to help me because they were all so busy making sales that was more important than trying to help a loyal customer of 17 years, that paid roughly 160.00 a month for one phone and a tablet, again keep in mind the phone I was renting because that's the only way they do it now I was told, I walked out, did without a phone for two weeks until I found metro pcs at the woodhill location. Walked in was greeted quickly, professionally, explained everything throughly to me, seems extremely cut and dry, no hidden fees no astronomical bill. I walked out within 30 minutes with a great phone a great affordable plan! If I drop this phone and it breaks or I drop this phone in the toilet and it won't work anymore I have enough sense to know that's my fault, no business is going to absorb the cost of human error and shouldn't be expected to. Bottom line is a responsible person would be very happy with the service this place provides. I was very happy I found them, I've already referred several people there that are very happy and will continue to refer. Thank you for your great service and great pricing!

::Horrible customer Serviceβ!!!! And horrible aftermarket accessories, went to purchase a charger he charged me 20$ and handed me a cord, no package,no receipt.. it didn't work so went back he blamed me handed me another charger that didn't work.. wouldn't give refund, so I went to the Winchester Rd store guy was awesome and the charger with packaging and receipt... 14.99$$$ this guy is a scam!! And METRO PCS should be ashamed for allowing him to put their sign on his store..

::Stay away from this dealership. The owner is unreliable and undependable. He consistently fails to keep his own posted store hours of business operation. He's unapologetic and arrogant about his failure. to do so. His attitude is that he's doing you a favor when you fork over your money to him. He fails to give information that would be helpful to you, the consumer. He will not go out of his way to give you good service. Again, and this is important; you cannot depend on him being in his store during his publicly posted business hours! This business does not deserve even one star. The one star was mandatory in order to post the review. You might be asking why didn't I just walk away. Honestly, I wanted to get out from under Verizon's high monthly bills. My daughter told me about MetroPCS. I liked the unlimited data and hotspots features. My unfortunate error was choosing the closest vendor was his store located on 2350 Woodhill Drive. Save yourself grief and avoid this guy. Go the Pimilco location and ask for Zach. He'll treat you much better.
