  This place is amazing, I will never go anywhere else to purchase a new phone or have a phone repaired.

  I cannot recommend this place enough! I've had nothing but good experiences with this location. The owner is fantastic and always goes the extra mile to fix my phone. The prices are reasonable and the repair time is quick. When I had water damage to my phone he dropped everything to fix it right away before the damage was permanent. I trust this location more than any others.

  This place is never open! Regardless of the business hours posted on their door, or the brightly lit open sign in the window, or the time of day, there is no way to tell if they're open unless you waste a trip down there and pull on the door. I live a few blocks from here, and I will never go back. I bought a phone through this store about 3 months ago and each time I've gone to pay my bill, it's taken three tries to catch them when they are open. Don't go there unless you enjoy needless frustration.

  love and hate relationship. love them because they will fix ur phone, hate them because if u need them that means ur phone is broken...

  The events of my horrible experience: 1.) He charged me $80.00 to repair my iPhone 4S glass 2.) 2 hours later the bottom left portion of the screen turned "grey" with dead pixels 3.) The next day I documented (with e-mail and photo time-stamp) and called the owner letting him know of the issue and that I couldn't come in until next week (since I was going home for Thanksgiving). He said--"No problem, just bring it in" 4.) A week later I called in asking when they close. "Usually I close at 6, but I might be here until 6:15...6:30 tonight." 5.) I came in at 6:05. He asked "You know, I'm closed." after explaining why I came in and that I called earlier about hours he proceeded to explain "You know, I don't want to be here all night." 6.) He looked at my phone for TWO seconds and mentioned "It's a pressure crack, I won't warranty this." His ego was so large that he said it's "Absolutely not possible" that his repair could have caused the damage, citing that "it's never happened to him before." Even though only a week earlier he INCORRECTLY stated said my phone had been "opened" before even though I purchased it brand new, directly from Apple and has never left my sight. 7.) After mentioning I felt I should report him to the better business bureau his only defense was "Whatever, go ahead." Long story short, his ego and unprofessional attitude will ruin his business, but on-top of that, he has shady customer service and will not guarantee his own work.
