  My experience with their devices are not related with the cell service and data usages including 611 customer service. This store's merchandise is a bit pricey. At one point I was lead to pay $20 warranty on a ZTE zmax pro which later crash and the policies for replacement were unsatisfactory. I bought a new phone ☎ without paying for warranty and in the even that I may need a new cell phone upgrade, I may consider another pcs store or an unlocked phone as an alternative.

  NEVER USE THE METRO PCS in deer park. Worst location, I love metro pcs but the deer park store is a Scheme I have purschased multiple phones from there which screens all stopped working within weeks of me buying. And the workers are just as bad as the phone. One day the phones $80 with worker1 but worker 2 ups the price to $120 and pockets $40. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your money here!
