  I was going to buy a phone lol they think I'm stupid and tried to give me a used one ... no think you!!! ill go somewhere else ... don't waste your time Rosa will not help this store give out used phones

  It worked, no complaints,. Years ago when driving far out in the country there would be dead spots I don't know about today

  I made a trip to this location to activate an unlocked Version iPhone 6Plus, on December 19, 2018 around 2pm. It is to my understanding from several reliable resources that it won’t be an issue with an unlocked phone. The lady that helped us, claims otherwise and would argue with me, so I took my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone do to the lack of expertise .

  Hi all so much yes I had a wonderful experience carmen help me good customerservice. becoming she took time and explain things to me I learned so much and I like that also I didn't think I needed some of the services like our extended and I'm really glad that that she help me with that and also the safety features like the unbreakable I mean I dropped my job my phone 3 times in the bathtub

  Terrible customer service by the youngish lady(on Monday August 14,2017, she didn't speak clearly, she said there was a mandatory case and screen protector we had to buy, wouldn't let us choose any plan except the most expensive one. There was no manager I could talk to, I used to work at MetroPCS and she's God awful. Please fire her promptly.
