  This store said that they did not sell a plan with the features listed on MetroPCS' website, and said that the features are only included with a significantly more expensive plan. I called the main MetroPCS number and they said they the store was wrong. I don't know if the store was simply mistaken or trying to rip me off, but in any event I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  I bought a simcard in Philadelphia with 1GB data and unlimited messages and calls for 40$. In Washington D.C. my simcard didn't work. The man in the store said that the store wanted to take my money a second time because the painment didn't clear. He said I have to go back to Philadelphia to fix. He cant do something for me!? Terrible customer service! I used Metro PCS once and I will never go back!
