  Best Metro store in the city. Employees are always nice and chatty, and they are on your side - not the side of the almighty dollar.

  I was looking to add a new line of service to my account and had the pleasure of getting Eduardo to assist me at this store. Eduardo is hands-down THE BEST, most upbeat and friendly MetroPCS store rep I've ever dealt with! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with the promos being offered and in assisting me with a port-in. I live in Longview, WA and would seriously consider driving all the way to this store just to receive his assistance. Eduardo's boss needs to give this guy a raise, or at least an extra (PAID) day off--he deserves major kudos and is an employee you want to have around! THANK YOU EDUARDO!!

  Would like to talk to the store owner!! To the Manager: Kd next time if you don’t want to share the store bathroom just tell me. It’s not necessary for you to lie about no bathroom in the store! 😃 Came in and got help buy the gentleman there! Bad service! He wanted to sell me accessories && I told him no more then 2x... I asked him if I could use the bathroom && he said “no” that they didn’t have no bathrooms in the store. Few days later I went in to upgrade my plan I took my kid in with me and he needed to use the bathroom. The girl who was helping me said he could use the bathroom && I told her that they didn’t have no bathroom inside the store and she said “Yes”. I used the bathroom && it was so dirty! Would never go in back if that “Manager” is there. Don’t want to deal with him! I well definitely go in with the girl that works there name Paola ! I give her a big 5 stars but a 1 to that Manager.

  Kedir H. Assisted me in transferring all of my contact's and pictures. And I want to say how valuable this assistance is to me. His willingness to help along with his knowledg and cheerful attitude made the difference in which phone service I will always prefer.
