::The People at the MetroPcs on Highland avenue are very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't go to any other store for help. I drive to this one even though, I have one closer to me in Bloomfield just for the customer service quality.

::BEWARE OF METRO PCS!! 1 month after I got a new phone the battery wouldn't charge. Took phone back to the store (Highland Avenue, Pgh) I bought it from after waiting 40 minutes I was told they was having trouble logging into BroadTech about the phone's warranty and was told to return the next day. When I returned the next day only 1 of the 2 people from the day before was there. His name is Chris McFann. Chris M then told me he could not help because he works for Metro PCS and Melvin Franklin the man I spoke with the day before worked for BroadTech and for me to return the next day to get the phone being replaced. I left the phone with Chris M. I called the 3rd. Day and confirmed that Melvin F had the phone and that the phone would indeed be ready to pick up by Wednesday the next week as per Melvin F conversation 3days before. The next week on Tuesday I called and Chris M told me to call on Wednesday because Melvin F was not in and he did not know if the phone was in. I called back on Thursday Chris M said the same as he did on Wednesday. I called back on Friday and Chris M said the same. Everyday I asked for Melvin F or the replacement phone. As a final resort I asked for the phone that I left with him 9 days before he told me that I could pick up the phone take it to another dealer because he was busy with other customers. On day 3 of Metro PCS having my phone I paid the bill I now have a paid bill broke phone that was supposed to be under repair and no other Metro PCS store will help because I called another store(Carson Street, Pgh) and was told to go back to the store that I just went back and forth with for 9 days. I did call the 1888 number and it took 2 CSR's and 2 supervisors 4 calls all together to get someone to say they will call me back to try to get this all on track!!!!!! It's been 1 hour waiting for the call back. I'm going to get a Sprint phone ASAP!!! Everyone I spoke with at Metro PCS PASSED this on to the next or back to the last! BEWARE OF METRO PCS.
