  thanks to the guys at Hollywood for helping me lower my bill to 2 lines for 75 I was still paying 100 a month the customer service is great thanks Mitch metro I'll be coming here from now on I think I found my metro home

  Great customer service the guys there are very nice and respectful i also get help from them all thetime because I'm not that cell phone savvy but these guys are a great help anytime i need to know or get something done

  I visited this location today it was clean the staff was friendly and very helpful the customer service was excellent u recommend this location to anyone

  I was @ 1084 N Hollywood St Memphis, Tn 38108 so I can pay our bill to have phones turned back on. But no one was there at 9:05an then I left abt 9:40am n still no one was there. There was 3 other customers that pulled up n waited a few minutes then they all left so that's abt the time I decided to leave. We just switched back to Metro PCS last month but I feel like I made a bad decision abt it. Also I need my monthly bill to be due on the 3rd of every month but somehow it's not n apparently I can't change without paying more money. Maybe it's time for me n my husband to find another cell phone service. Y'all don't even deserve a 1 star in my eyes just wanted to let u know that
