  Busy store only one person to help you but the service person was good and knowledgeable.

  IF I COULD RATE THIS LOCATION A ZERO, I WOULD. This is the absolute worse Metro Pcs location in Florida! The manager, an obese, misshapen, cow of a woman has the worst attitude and customer service skills I have ever seen. Im going to assume that she keeps her job through performing sexual favors on the store owner.(thats the only logical explanation) This store location will OVERCHARGE YOU, BLANTANTLY LIE ABOUT SERVICES, and ACCESS AND CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT! I have personally filed 3 complaints about this store and I am currently in the process of filing a 4th after my services were shut off due to store personnel making changes to my account that I did NOT REQUEST or even know about. The OWNER of this establishment should be ashamed and embarrassed. IM QUITE SURE THIS LOCATION IS ON ITS WAY TO A LAWSUIT. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE.
