::They helped me with everything I need and made sure I understood.

::This is a clean facility but the window blinds were dirty in the nurse practitioners office and I let her know that you do not have a good cleaning company. As usual they want to rush you through there like your damn pig or cattle call play science with these medicines so whatever this is a long drive for me so I got to think about if I'm coming back or not where is the #TALKTHERAPY in America oh yeah while I'm talking about America I'd like to talk to an American Doctor what's with all these foreign NP that don't understand America.

::I wish i could give them zero stars. They are so unprofessional and they move to dog gone slow. The staff are very rude. They bump into you. And then they always act like they are busy but they are not doing anything. And also if you come in as a walk in you have to come early so you can wait between 2 to 4 hours. That is some bull. I did not wait. So my family member that have a mental illness had to leave. They do too much at this MetroCare of Grand Prairie Texas. And my family member says the Doctor tries to out talk her everytime she goes up there. So I was going to go up there with her to address the issue if it happens while I am there. That is so rude. So everyone beaware if that happens to you, address the issues at time that that happens.

::My experience here so far has been as pleasant as a mental health clinic could possibly offer. Nobody likes to have mental illness. These people do what they feel is best in your favor. Those of you who want to complain about the service, because you are unhappy in life, should reconsider how you feel about those that work here. The cleanliness of the place should be kept up with. Remember, the workers themselves are not the ones who make things dirty. It is some of the patients who did it.

::The office is clean and the counselors are great. But the restroom is nasty and it smells so bad. Other then that it's a grate place
