::This is the only place I bring my car to get serviced. The guys are very thorough and the car wash is great.

::I took my truck there and paid the extra money to get the "VIP" wash and while I don't expect miracles for $20.00 they left my window cracked and soaked my drivers seat which stained the material. The inside of the windshield wasn't touched. The dash has huge spots that did not get touched. Overall it was just a crappy job. I pointed out the wet seat and all they offered was a piece of plastic to sit on. I do not recommend this place which is unfortunate because it's the closest full service car wash near my house.

::DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE!! The last oil change I had done was not even done according to my mechanic. I realized a week later I was leaking an inordinate amount of oil from the filter area, brought to proper mechanic and was told the filter couldn't have been changed and the oil was filthy from just having it recently done. Total con job these guys are.

::Do not get your oil changed here. Completely incompetent. But they did find my wallet and return it untouched during the wash. Wash 4/5 Maintenance 0/5

::An example of very bad customer service. "Metro Wash and Lube" on the corner of Metropolitan Ave and Alderton, opposite Trader Joe's. I've been going there for many many years. I've spent probably a few thousand on oil changes, and other services there. Today, I had an oil change done, and some extras costing me nearly $150 in services. When you pay for the oil change you get a ticket for a free car wash, and you have 10 days to do the wash. I decided to do the wash today, but somewhere between dropping the car off at the beginning of the wash line and going to the cashier, I lost my ticket for the free wash. When they insisted that they needed the ticket, I asked to speak with a manager, who said he couldn't do anything about it, and they wouldn't issue me another ticket. I also spoke to the oil change manager, but no go. So I was made to pay for a car wash that should have been free. I spent many a calm minute trying to get them to understand the ridiculousness of the situation. They know I did the oil change, I have my receipt form for the oil change, so they can check the date, and the girl knows she handed me the ticket. I should not have lost the ticket but I did, somewhere; human error. No retracing of steps could recover it. Couldn't they please just issue me another ticket, or find some other way? No. Regardless, both the car wash manager and the oil change manager held to their "policy" that if you don't have a ticket, you must pay full price for the car wash, which I did in the end, and I paid more because I had extras done, like wax. So, after 20 minutes of trying to negotiate and being calm, and then finally losing it and telling them that they need to make better choices in customer service, I paid full price for their car wash, and went away mad. And, now, they can go screw themselves, because, for the mere price of a car wash, which was owed to me anyway, they just lost a loyal customer that has brought them thousands of dollars over the years, and would have spent thousands more over the next few years. Too bad, so sad. DUMB AS ROCKS.
