  You can find all your Metro needs right here at the Metro Transit store and then ploys are awesome service is great in and out and they even have self service to purchase some of the items that you may be needing as far as Transit passes for the train or bus passes things that you can just Self Serve Yourself it's awesome

  I highly recommend the Metro Transit Store if you have business to take care of in person. There are at least three different service windows/stations, and they have all been open and had a representative at them every time I've been there. So the line moves fast, and it's very efficient overall; they'll get you get you in and out without making you feel rushed. The employees are very friendly and helpful. For example, I did not have one of the required documents that I needed for a specific program I was applying for and the employee went out of her way to look it up for me and print it right then and there - and she didn't have to do that at all. If you have something quick to take care of, like loading money onto your card, I've had the experience of a quick, polite transaction. There are also many resources here for anyone that needs assistance or information regarding the Metro Transit System. Be aware that there are programs available that you qualify for that you may not know about - you may want to check the website before you go so you can bring the required information. Just wanted to mention that as well. Five stars.
