  Sarah is great! She takes the time to make sure each visit I gain more motion. I am very satisfied with my progress. David has also giving me great support on my exercises. I am close to a full recovery. The staff here is wonderful!

  Over 3 months ago, I was looking for a physical therapy place that can give me some relief for my neck and back pain which i get in an accident. I went on google and find this place call Metro Therapy, so i decided to give it a try and the result was amazing. My therapist name Sara, I have to say is one of the best in the business. I been going there for a few months now and I am getting a lot of relief from the exercise and massage that i am getting. I would not hesitate to call Metro for an appointment because the result is amazing. If anyone need physical therapy please call Metro and you would not regret it.

  Making real headway here at Metro PT. The therapists address my every need. They put heat on all my pains, and give me the proper exercises. They are very professional and I am confident that I am in the right place.

  The doctor's told me that physical therapy would not help and that I would need an hip replacement. Well pt has helped. I went to the Roslyn location at the JCC. Sarah my therapist is excellent. She spends a lot of time working on you and is conscientious of your progress. The pt assistants are great as well. Everyone knows what they are doing. They care and want you to get better. I would go back here again and will send my friends and family members here. The facility is nice and has good security and they are open on Sundays.

  I attend the Physical therapy sessions on Sunday with Sarah Rudman, DPT, Sarah never lets me leave without being satisfied that I understand the reason for an exercise. She also challenges me, as a Parkinson's patient, to exercise in order to improve my mobility. She always goes above and beyond what one would expect of even the most dedicated physical therapist.
