  I had a wonderful experience at Metro motors, the owner was also a sales person was very patient and knowledgeable and And was very patient with me knowing my situation I didn’t have the best of credit history but he was very very helpful then phone me the perfect truck I would recommend everybody I know to this beautiful place

  Metro Motors and the owner, Chad, are the real deal...an honest and caring individual with a lot of patience. And he clearly knows the business and how to work things for a win/win scenario. Finding an honest used car salesman seems to be as likely as finding a unicorn. I found that and more at Metro Motors. I needed a SUV to fit all my 6 boys and Chad helped find the perfect match. I’m very detail oriented and he had the patience for me to test drive multiple vehicles and then really get into doing my due diligence on the one I eventually bought. He fixed the few issues (all relatively minor) that I found and had his mechanic look over everything with me. He wanted to be sure that the vehicle was very safe and sound before I took possession of it. He acted promptly and proactively. From first test drives to shopping around for the best loan and finally driving it home was several days. This is truly the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car in my 37 years of driving. I will be a repeat customer very soon to buy a very good car for my wife. You cannot go wrong buying from Metro Motors. Thanks Chad! I’ll be seeing you again soon. 8^)

  This was the nicest and most easiest dealer ship I've come across. Super satisfied with the level of care and passion the owner has. Having worked with him through getting my first (New-ish) car, Chad was very patient and willing to approach the situation like a human, instead of a salesman. Not once was there a battle of ego or pride, and not once did I feel like I was being pressured into a sale. Multiple customers came before me while I made my decision and they were very pleased with their experience there. Watching Chad work with customers reminded me of how things should be in terms of finding a car, working out the details, and getting to where you need to be.

  This was my first stop looking for a car and I left a happy customer! Chad was friendly and extremely patient while I spent the whole day test driving what felt like every car on the lot. After finding The perfect car Chad went to great lengths to make sure I left with it that day. Everyone there from the mechanic to gentleman washing the cars made me feel like family. As if that wasn’t enough he then called me the next day just to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to thank me again for my business!!! Thank you Chad.
