  Recently had brand new wheels and tires installed, as well as a routine oil change and alignment done. I have a different shop that I usually go to that knows me, but I had to cancel my appointment there last minute due to work. I was able to get a booking here last minute and Ricardo took good care of me. Put the old wheels in bags so there was no mess, and everything was done with care and quality. Cost a little bit more than my usual shop, but it was good work, and good techs should make good money.

  This place is quick, reasonable, and honest. I've only brought my car in for oil changes and safety inspections, but they have always been fast and have never pushed for unnecessary services. Ricardo is extremely friendly and professional, and will honestly tell you if don't need a service performed. My only issue is the safety inspection gentlemen is not the friendliest person. I would definitely recommend this place for any maintenance needs.

  I am very happy with the service! Management seems to know what they are doing to keep costumer happy. I have been looking for a shop to bring my Lexus, looks like i found it. Thank you to Ricardo and his team!

  I had to review this place. I reside in Maryland and come here for my car service needs. I know, I will get one of the best prices, superb service, exceptional quality work, and the customer service (see Ricardo) is magnificent. He communicates with you to explain what options you have (if any) and spot on estimate, I have yet to experience any surprise charges. They set realistic timelines (the car is typically ready before the expected time) and if you are short on time, they really try to help and work with you. For being a 3 bay facility, they definitely have qualified mechanics to get the job done just like the dealerships with multiple bays. They are dependable and they communicate with the customer on a professional level. You will leave here a happy and returning customer!

  I have done a lot of my own work and used some of the nicer specialty shops in the DC metro area, but I was completely caught off guard by the quality of work done by Ricardo and his team on my 07 Grand Prix. If you know auto body shops in the area you know none of them are rated over 4 stars. In this instance, Metro Motors high rating is completely justified . Ricardo calls when he says he will call, he gives fair estimates before work performed and after inspecting the work I was very impressed with his technicians attention to the car. No band-aids, just clean repairs and a sincere hand shake when you come to pick up the car.
