  I was very disappointed when I called MetroGuard to have them come back out to treat our house. They came out and treated our house in 2009, I called them SaturdayJuly 29,2017 2017 and the lady said she could not find my information and had no record of them ever coming out. I explained that I had the paperwork in front of me stating they they had been here. She asked if it was under a different name or different address, I said no.... she really had no interest in helping me so I said "ok, thank you I'll call someone else" and I hung up the phone. She called back immediately and said she was trying to help but had no records of them ever coming out to me house.. I explained again that I was looking at the paperwork and called the number on the said paperwork. I even went as far as to say that regardless if she can't find my info that I would still like someone to come out for an estimate. She was more concerned about finding our records and said she would go look in their files upstairs and call me back. I still have not heard back... So much for staying loyal to a company when they treat you like a liar
