::Very knowledgeable and trusting technician, his name was Jared I felt very comfortable talking to him as he explained and broke down all questions I might have had and explain to me what was going on with my system what they could do to help me and the cheapest way to go and all the other available options that I had. He explain five options with the pluses and minuses, pros and cons. No pressure call just helpful and informative advice. Willing to work with me regardless of what option I chose. They have excellent financing available to help those black myself so don't have that good of credit score. Jared specifically respectful to me and very knowledgeable. ::I appreciate your semiannual reminders concerning my AC/Heating unit. Your continued maintenance has kept our home comfortable in both summer and winter. And your emergency service is most appreciated ~ day or night, early or late. Unfortunately, a system failure usually occurs at the most awkward times but your emergency service is usually available to furnish repairs in a timely manner. You originally installed my AC/Heating unit and have since maintained it on a regular basis. Thank you for your customer concern. I'd like to add that the initial installation took place on the COLDEST day of the winter season. I felt sorry for the entire crew who were NOT delayed by the severe conditions. Once completed, another crew showed up to spread additional insulation in my entire attic area ~ a special perk at no additional cost. Again, I have no complaints and will agree with other customers on the professional and polite attitudes of all MES employees.

::Victor is an excellent technician. Very personable and willing to explain the issue to make sure I understood. His honesty makes him stand out and puts Metro at the top. ::Geoff, as well as some others, was/were instrumental in assisting us throughout the process of replacing our heat pump, coil, air handler, and entire duct system (Yes, a complete new system install). In the end we have a wonderful balanced system that seems to heat and cool appropriately, runs quietly, and was professionally installed. Obviously, the true test will be later this summer, as well as the test of time, but I have no doubt if there are any issues Metro Energy will remedy them. We are very happy with Metro Energy, Geoff and the others (Randy, Raymond, Conner, Stephen, Install Crews, and Tom-Sheetrock guy) for all of the hardwork, and more especially with putting up with me as a "difficult" customer. Thanks again for your professionalism and hard work.
