  I was doing a quote online, and a bunch of insurance agents started calling me and harassing me. In the midst of them, Lex called and just flat out asked if I wanted a quote or not, instead of shoving it down my throat. He didn't try to sell me anything. He talked to me like a human, and was upfront and honest. After sitting with him, he helped me understand my policy, as well as save me over $300 for much better coverage. His hours are 9-5 but he meets after hours and on weekends by appointment (which I took advantage of on a Saturday morning). If I have a problem, I call him, not a call center. I would recommend him to anyone who is sick of dealing with faceless robots over the phone.
