  I️ had METLIFE auto coverage for a year. They charged me 6000.00 for a year of coverage. Called to see what could be done when I️ Next month in regards to getting a cheaper rate and the rep told me that since Texas was hit so hard during the natural disaster that my rates would not be discounted and would possibly go up. Fortunately I️ was not effected by Harvey and didn’t file any claims for the year. I️ said just that and his response was “ the company paying out to much money to cut you a deal” ... I paid the 800.00 he asked for to have coverage until my March 22 expiration... that would give me time until I️ found other insurance. Well today these bastards sent me a bill for 773.00. And said they were sorry the rep didn’t do his job fully but he should have quoted me 1600.00 DO NOT EVER USE METLIFE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!! They price gouge. I️ will also be filing a TDI complaint.

  I work for a dental office. Met Life dental insurance is the worst insurance anywhere. It is bad for the patient and bad for the dental practice. This company is deceptive and Met Life makes it very difficult for the dental practice to receive payment. Do not sign up on this companies dental plans.
