  The facility is clean and spacious. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, and health awareness. I recommend this box to anyone looking to change their health and take control of their fitness.

  Very welcoming. Clean, good equipment, excellent coaching. Great workout before hitting Beale!! Don't hesitate.
