::Had a little rough start, but Brian act quickly to resolve our issue of having the wrong refrig delivered. He let us keep the refrig until the new upgraded refrig was ordered & delivered. He also saw to it that this next refrig was purchased at a reduced price. When the next refrig was delivered, it was making ice but none came out although it make noise like it should come. Again Brian saw to it that one of his people came over to check it out. Ray figured out the problem in a short time & all is working fine. We bought 4 kitchen Maytag & Speed Queen washer/dryer. Once we figured out how the microwave rotating plate works, we find we could embrace it, although different from the turn table style accustom to. We appreciate Brian working with us to resolve issues as they occurred. It was a very positive experience.

::Awesome experience for the second time. Our experience buying a washer and dryer set led us to see them first when looking for a refrigerator. Expert knowledge and professional and friendly customer service. We felt honestly delt with and gave us a great deal and new what was American made as that is what we wanted to buy. No song and dance to get help or pressure and lies to make a sale.

::They take their online advertising right out of a car dealership's playbook. You have to physically call for a price (I assume because the prices are SO LOW they will get in trouble for posting them publicly!). It was after 11pm, so my only option was the online contact form, which I used despite having to enter first name, last name, phone #, and email (no anonymous price checks!). In my email I asked for the total price on a specific refrigerator. This was on 11/27/17, and I received an immediate email response stating "an associate will follow up with you as soon as possible." I never heard back, so I bought from Sears. To be fair, I didn't put my real phone # in the contact form (it's none of their business), but they clearly had my email and never even attempted to reach out. Maybe some people like the nostalgia of having to place a call or provide personal information to obtain appliance prices, but I'll stick with sites that simply list their prices online. I don't have the patience to deal with car salesmen when I only need a refrigerator. ***Update -- in response to your comment, it was after 11 pm, so I couldn't "call for the best price." Instead, I clicked on "request a quote." Nobody responded with my quote. If calling in is the only way to get a price, you should remove the "request a quote" button. As to your refusal to post prices online, now I understand -- Best Buy, Lowe's, and Home Depot are constantly scanning the Mesa TV & Appliance website so they can undermine you.

::Needed a refrigerator Home Depot and Lowes wanted $1709 with a 10% discount, Mesa tv and appliance $1199, they do charge a $35 delivery fee, but considering the vast price difference, a great price their extended warranty was $59 dollars less than HD. Home depot delivery after 9/8, Lowes delivery 10/21. Mesa tv and appliance has their own warehouse and delivery tomorrow, Yay!!!!
