::Very clean, large, open sites with full hookups; lots of nice folks, and great activities. But this park is in town so there's road noise and you're sharing the park with hundreds of friends, so you've got to love lots of company.

::My husband and I stayed at this park for one week. It was not the place for us. The park is very large, with 1600 sites, and is more of a trailer park than an RV park. If you plan on spending a few months there, it might be a good place for you. The park is within walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. We only gave it a 3 star rating because of the disorganization of the park. There are several sites open, but their system shows the spaces unavailable. Originally, we were placed next to a small fenced dog area and it smelled really bad. We also had a huge garbage dumpster next to our RV. We did request to be moved, and I must say, the gentleman was very helpful with moving us to a different location. I hope this post is helpful. It is not a terrible place, it's just wasn't the right place for us.

::We had a terrible and frustrating experience at Mesa Spirit RV park, a 1600 spot resort for 55+ residents. We are in are early 40's (with no kids and one well-behaved puppy) and reserved this resort because all other resorts in the area were booked. We were welcomed in after letting the front office know this information. We were placed in a pet friendly area of the park among residents that are not friendly with pets. Following all of the rules, we kept our puppy on a leash at all times and only let him relieve himself in our spot. In spite of this, a neighbor two sites down confronted us multiple times when we had our puppy in our site, saying that he can't poop or pee there. A complaint was filed and sent to us that said he was loud and barking (our puppy does NOT bark - unlike many other dogs in the area), and pooped in their site. This was 100% FALSE and he was in our control the entire time. It was beyond frustrating to be harassed by a neighbor when we followed the rules. After the complaint we called the assistant manager that said we were in the complete right by using our site. The main water to our site went out several times, often leaving us without it for a couple hours. There should be no reason that it should go out this much. One night the water was out for a couple hours and we bought 10 gallons to fill the RV. Frustrated that we had to fill it one jug at a time, only then did we find out that someone had physically shut off our own spigot. Why would someone shut off our water without telling us? Our site had Dish cable, but did not get the channel that the Super Bowl was on. We called 7 hours ahead of the game asking for them to check it out. We never got a call back. When we called again in the early afternoon, we were told the activities office handled cable questions and wasn't open on Sunday, and no other solution was offered. Yes, this is a minor inconvenience, but the point is the inconsideration of the front office for not returning our call. Front desk people were rude and not helpful. Would never stay there again.

::We go to Mesa Spirit multiple times a week for square dancing.. front gate security is friendly and courteous. Grounds are immaculate. Parking is good at the hall. The hall has a very nice dance floor and sound accoustics are ok for a large room. We do not interact with the staff very often but the little we do seems positive.

::Great location in East Mesa. Well secured. Variety of motor homes and campers and RVs which allows more income brackets the opportunity to enjoy our wonderful winter weather. Plenty of activities and community functions.
