::I generally will not post a review about an establishment on Social Media, especially when it comes to a bad experience. However, I want this to be published for the future. The experience at Mercedes-Benz was not just unpleasant, but appalling. For privacy reasons, I'll not mention the name of the sales person, however, the Sales Manager is one of concern. My sister was at the dealership, looking to lease a new vehicle. The sales person was trying to provide figures for the car, which obviously needed the sales manager be involved. Here is the important part, as he was walking toward my sister, (not realizing she was the customer), this was his comment; verbatim. "WHERE DO SUCH PEOPLE SHOW UP FROM, IS SHE A MEXICAN or SOMETHING WITH NO MONEY"... It is a disgrace that an individual whose income is based on sales, will have such audacity to insult people. There is enough social divide in the world, we don't need the racial remarks of a car salesman. So, we went to BMW, were treated with respect and yes, did lease a new vehicle. Lastly, it doesn't matter if we are Mexican, Asian or from Mars...there is no need to insult people...Nothing may come of this post, however, it's important that the public is aware of the this incident

::My wife and I have been Mercedes owners for a very long time but have never given a review to any dealerships. However, a recent experience compelled me to praise the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. From the moment we walked into the dealership to the day we picked up my wife’s new E-Class, the entire staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional...everyone took their time to acknowledge us and made sure that we were being helped. Great job team!

::Came into this dealership a couple weeks ago and had a different experience than expected. Normally car salesmen are very pushy and aren't looking out for the customer. I found this to be the exact opposite at Mercedes Benz of Massapequa. I sat with a gentleman by the name of William Mecca. Not only was he knowledgeable on what they had to offer, but was very interested on finding out what I was looking for instead of trying to sell me on what they had in the showroom. The entire team was very patient and made me feel comfortable addressing any questions I had. For anyone looking to buy a benz, I would highly reccomend visiting this dealership and speaking to William or any of their trained professionals

::My parents bought a beautiful Mercedes GLE350 from Bill Kraft at this dealership. From the moment my mom spoke to him on the phone, he was honest, professional, and took great pride in what he does. My parents made a trip from NJ specifically to work with Bill as his “no games” upfront and honest approach was refreshing as they had been burned many times before. They left with a beautiful car for a great deal. Bill is definitely someone you would look forward to doing business with. Special note: Lauren in finance was excellent as well. Highly recommend!

::I've been to several car dealerships but I had the best experience in particular at the Mercedes Benz of Massapequa. I felt that I was being assisted in a professional manner and sensed that they truly care about customer satisfaction. Moreover, I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jessica who had help me find the perfect car. She made the car buying experience quite pleasant and comfortable. Not only was she friendly but she seemed very knowledgeable in regards to the various car features and especially of the AMG model that I had purchased. All of the employees at this dealership were great, but I highly recommend Jessica and I would definitely go back to her if/when I need a new car. Thanks again! - a satisfied customer
