  Willie was a very personable person. He reassured me that he would not leave without my air working. He ran into some unforeseen issues but he was a man of his word. He worked through them and got everything working. If possible I would prefer him to be assigned to all my repairs. He is definitely an asset to Merit Heating & Air Conditioning company.

  Willie was great. He came on time, was very informative and very knowledgeable. He excellently answered all our inquiries and was honest with his answers. He also gave us some good recommendations on how we would do a continuous service to our Air Conditioner. He seemed to be genuinely interested in what was best for my AC. I would really give him a chance to work on my AC again. Thanks Willie and much recommendations.

  From the very first person who showed up to do the tune up on my amazing. After repairing my AC they to return at my convenience to give a tutorial on my new thermostat.These guys were very knowledgeable and professional.I recommended Merit Heating & Air Conditioning to family and friends and will use them again in future. I'm excited at the quality of the system they installed.
