  unloaded hr a couple of times always polite and fast. they also have parking and rest rooms.

  I picked up here for load going to Conklin, NY. Unfortunately when I scaled load my equipment weighed 81,140 lbs which is overweight and a DOT violation by 1,140 lbs. According to Coyote rate confirmation load supposed to weigh 43.8k lbs which means scale weight with my equipment (glider and reefer trailer) should weigh no more than 78.3k lbs not 81,140 lbs. So basically Merchandise Multi-temp Warehouse managed to overload me by almost 3k lbs. This is totally unacceptable. I had to go all the way back from the scale to Merchandise Multi-temp Warehouse for removal of product. This little oversight by Merchandise Multi-temp Warehouse cost my company time and money. I don't think this overweight scenario was simply an honest mistake by Merchandise Multi-temp Warehouse. I think Merchandise Multi-temp Warehouse hoped that they could get away with loading me heavy and I'd take load anyway to consignee. I just received a call from Merchandise Multi-temp Warehouse and they're wanting to remove only one 2k pallet which means the load is still heavier than the agreed upon weight. My recommendation: Don't come to Merchandise Multi-temp Warehouse. Who needs the headache? I'm about ready to tell these clowns to remove entire product from my trailer and find someone else to run their freight.

  Try your best to be on time. There is a $150 late fee that can not be cash. Also you will be a work in. Easy to locate since building number is big & bold on the side of the building. They do have overnight parking. There is a restroom by the check in office. Easy check in after you fill out form. But since I was late, I have been waiting for a couple hours to get unloaded. Hopefully I get unloaded quick. Also you can get Uber Eats to deliver to you while you wait.

  Everything seemed to go smooth. Just doesn't feel 5 star to me. Had to around the back of the warehouse to check in @shipping.

  Fast in and out. Big gravel lot for overnight parking. People are great here
