  Service here SUCKS and has gotten progressively worse over the last few years. I've owned Mercedes from this dealership for 20 years. I currently lease an S550...not an inexpensive vehicle. For a regularly schedule service, there is a 3 week wait for a loaner vehicle and 2 week wait for the service appointment. I also own a Nissan, which my nanny drives. The Nissan dealer will come to my house, pick up and deliver the car for service, leave a loaner, and do so with a day or so of notice. Mercedes is a great vehicle....this dealership is FAT, LAZY, and INCOMPETENT.

  DO NOT LEASE MERCEDES BENZ!!! FRAUDS. #1 DO NOT purchase "tire and rim package" or "scratch package" when they corner you into this with Mike in finance after you sign your lease (or the new rep for 2018). He stated ""purchasing both these packages will keep your mind at ease that you will not have to pay anything out of pocket when you turn your vechile in". Two weeks prior to handing car in I had EVERYTHING serviced inside and out and my vehicle was that much more immaculate than I had already kept it. I gave the guy a nice tip to make sure there wasn't a single issue with the vehicle prior to returning it. Mercedes sells this to a 3rd party company to do the work (which they did not tell us) and work and DOES NOT keep records of this! At the end of your lease they will nickle and dime you for extra money on top of your disposition fee if you go to a new brand (which you absolutely should). Starting in November 2016, after Mercedes lost hundreds of millions of dollars on their deal that went south decided to no longer inspect vehicles in house (and work with you on a friendly customer basis) and use a third party company that inspects your vehicle AFTER you turn your car in WHO WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Are you really trying to nickle and dime people at the end of their lease that don't get another benz from you?? This was told to me directly by two of their sales people when I returned my car. Months later I was hit with a $2,000 bill after paying $60.00 extra a month for 36 months FOR NOTHING. BEWARE once you turn your vehicle in make sure these CROOKS that send your car elsewhere to be inspected do not get one over on you like they did me and SO many others I know. I promise to make sure for the rest of my life that my family, friends and co workers, friends of all of theirs etc do not go with Mercedes. My family has decided to go with Audi and BMW and we are NOT going to have these same cowardly issues! Mercedes Benz I promise to bring this right to the top ;-) You continue to lose lifetime customers and I will do everything in power to make sure that continues for you! Thank you!

  This is by far the best Mercedes dealership. Very helpful salespeople but more importantly the service staff is great. I come here all the time to have my E class serviced. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

  Very exceptional dealership. One of the best I've been to. Came in with my father to only test drive a leather GLA with no intention to sign a contract, and we ended up leasing a new GLC the same day. I have always leased via leasing agencies and was planning to do the same, however, Joseph P. provided the best service, and worked with my father and I to provide a great all around deal that we could not refuse. On top of that, we were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism and friendliness as soon as we walked in the door to the moment we drove off. The hour and and half drive to MB White Plains was absolutely worth it. Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this dealer.
