  Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls always goes the extra mile for their customers. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Members of my family and I have purchased and leased several cars from here over the years, and have received excellent service.

  When I arrived at Mercedes Benz deakership, I was greeted by Harry James. He took me outside and showed me a few cars and than we took one out for a ride. Harry was very nice and took his time with me. I never felt rushed. I finally picked out a car that I liked and filled out the paperwork. I came back at 2:00pm and he had everything all ready for me. It's been 5 days that I have my car and I just ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. THANK YOU Harry and the manager for making this a very comfortable deal.

  I had an 'unplanned service' required, due to an issue with my climate control system. I called my service rep, and he was able to get me in that afternoon, as I need to get this issue addressed. The issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired... that day! My thanks to John Nelson, a true professional, dedicated to client satisfaction... Another GREAT experience with my MB, and the staff at MBofWF!
