  Awesome Experience! Joey is an absolute pleasure to work with! I have visited several Mercedes dealers over the past years and have never been treated like such a VIP customer as I was over here. The staff goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I wish I could give 10 stars if that was an option!

  A superb purchasing experience with salesman Bill Mehrkens. I received fair value for my 2005 Hyundai Tucson on a trade-in and received professional, courteous guidance in buy my first Mercedes. A perfect experience-bought a Certified 2011 Mercedes 300. I've bought many cars over the years and this was the best purchasing experience ever. I bought the first car Bill showed me because it was a perfect match to what I was looking for-he just knew it!

  George Glier provided the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. He’s kind, patient, honest, and motivating. Mercedes is lucky to have him. From the time I sat down to the time I picked up everything ran efficiently. Justin Loyola provided a concierge service fit for a king. He is a vibrant young man with incredible knowledge of the product. He displayed great patience while teaching me all the features in the car George and Justin are truly the real like Batman and Robin and Mercedes of Rockville Centre is their Gotham City

  My salesman Shane who is the BEST! He works on deals fast, and follow up my emails fast. This dealer has full inventory, you can always find the car you want. Finance managers are nice and know what they are doing. I inquired the car on Thursday, worked with Shane on emails on Friday. Picked up the car on Saturday. Never wasted client time. Best dealer ever.

  My experience at this Mercedes dealership was outstanding. I have purchased cars from 2 other dealerships and have never had such A1 service. My sales rep Hank was absolutely amazing. He's a gem. There was no pressure and he is extremely professional. I was comfortable and felt that he did everything to help me get the car that I wanted. Before purchasing my car at Mercedes, I was at a dealership next door which I had to walk out of because they were pressuring me to get something I didn't want. The whole team is wonderful and I'm glad I walked in there
