  Just picked up my beautiful 2012 Certified Pre-Owned E350 today at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet! This dealership is the real deal. I went to test drive the vehicle last Thursday, after which I pointed out some concerns with it. The following day, I emailed the Sales Consultant, Rick Miller, to follow up on whether the issues had been addressed. Mr. Miller replied very promptly, indicating that everything had been fixed. I went back to the dealership that Saturday, confirmed the vehicle was back to spec, and negotiated a fair price, all within an hour! Mr. Miller was a pleasure to work with. His style, demeanor, professionalism, and willingness to "make a deal" made this as stress-free as a car purchase can be. Only suggestion for management: make a special assigned space for car purchase pick-up. Picking up my car in the middle of the main lot did not feel "white glove."

  It was a pleasure dealing with James Fede and Rene Garcia in the sales department at M-B of Nanuet. Leasing my new C Class 300 was quick, painless and best of all I am confident that I got a really great deal. This dealership came highly recommended by a few friends and I can see why. No pressure, no nonsense... just a straightforward approach to getting the right vehicle at the right price for my needs.   I have been to other Mercedes dealerships but my experience at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet was the best experience of them all from the minute we walked in and left. They were easy to work with, respectful, honest, professional, and HONESTLY THE MOST PAINLESS EXPERIENCE EVER BUYING CARS. Everybody from the greeting you get when you walk in and the overall process of buying a vehicle. My sale representative Juan Rodriguez Caraballo got my wife and I the cars we wanted with all the specifications we wanted in our cars and was very knowledgeable of the cars. He was very attentive, patient, and a pleasure to work with to what we needed to get the transaction done and we can't imagine buying a car elsewhere and never will again. Thanks to Mr. Rodriguez making our car experience was a painless and stress free process. I am usually the friend or family call to help them buy cars. But ever since we bought our cars from Juan. I don't have to worry about that because I know they are in good hands with him. So when I told my family and friends about how well Juan treated us. They have been dealing with him. Now between my family and friends we have bought several Mercedes from him and will continue to. So from my family and friends thank you Juan! :-)

  This was our first Mercedes vehicle. The staff at Nanuet were excellent. Edgar Pena was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and above all was not pushy. He sat with us explained options and came back with a more then fair deal. Wilhelm (Will) the General Manager was gracious and friendly. He also was very honest and was able to make the deal the best it could be. We were all very happy in the end with everyone getting what they wanted. We got the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted, and they moved a vehicle. We did use the service department for a problem with the passenger mirror. Fixed without any problems. The free car wash is an excellent perk. You will not be let down at this dealership. We are now customers for life.

  MB Nanuet is world class. I have purchased 6 cars from them over the last 6 years and loved the experience and the vehicles. Sales is extremely professional, not pushy and prices cars better than any other dealership i have visited across all brands. I have always been treated well and my time is respected. I can not say enough good things about them. I actively recommend them to my friends and family.
