  Opened an account within a few weeks of this branch opening about two years ago. The Branch Manager came out and introduced himself, making this the beginning of a great experience. The personal level of customer interest brought back to mind days when individual people walking in the door were known and appreciated by a bank. Have done additional business since then with Mercantil on Shepherd as well as recommended them to others.
