  Staff was helpful and friendly but there were not enough of them. Took 30 min before I was helped

  Great store. The staff is very nice and helpful. I can tell they are short staff and takes a long time just the littlest things. I live right across the street but rather go to another because I know how short staff they be.

  They are nice and attentive. They can be a bit slow, but just to consider the man helping us was helping 2 other people at the same time and handling it fine. I credit this store for operating so well under pressure.

  Terrible experience shopping for wedding suits. The manager did call and apologize and offered a free shirt to compensate, but not worth it to go back in that chaotic store. The staff was rude and dismissive, and even with an appointment they were not attentive or invested. Definitely not worth the hassle.

  I had a fantastic experience at the silver spring Men's Wearhouse. This is my second time there and both times Don has been incredibly helpful. He's knowledgeable, professional, and always knows what would look best on me. Will definitely be back any time I need clothes
