  The salesmen are hustlers and lie to you about everything. He showed me a pair of pants priced at 150$ and I said I saw the same ones on the site for 75$. He then said ok no problem we give it to you for 50% off leaving me to think he wanted to pocket 75$ for himself. I asked him to tailor them he said "you're killing me" as if it's not his job. Will never be going back here again.

  I had a mixed experience while there. Hacen is a salesman who doesn't listen. I told him I wanted to rent a suit and then he came back and told me he could sell me the suit for a great discount. Again, I reiterated that I wanted to rent the suit. He stormed off and then went over and told my fiancee of the deal he offered me. I didn't know part of their sales tactics reverting back to childhood and playing partners against one another like a little kid plays Mom versus Dad. When she told him to go pound salt, he said he would send someone over to help but never did. Surprise surprise. Thankfully I realized what happened and I walked up to and was helped by a new salesman named Julius. Julius walked me through the process, remeasured me and made sure that I was happy with the rental for my wedding. Would I go back? Doubtful. But if I did, I would only deal with Julius!

  Third time visited this location and the one in Long Island. Both location coincidentally did not have the sale that was advertised on TV. They had just run out. The staff is a bit pushy and overbearing. The quality is not any better that you would find at Macy's as well as the price that really competitive. Quite pricey.$$$$

  The sales rep was a pleasant gentleman, and he all of a sudden turn into a blonde rude Dominican chick, who thought she was doing us a favor by helping us. If she was being train a dog would have done a lot better than her. I was highly recommended to this store by someone who is a manager at another store at Roosevelt Fields Mall. I didn't get her name, but I made it be known to her about her rudeness! If she had a bad day, she sure took it out on the wrong person! She sure did loss a sale!

Outstanding customer service help we received from Mrs. Damaris Tuxedo Rental Representative , who helped us from the day one and presented a perfect knowledge and a experienced professionalism , being carrying , courteous and compassionate in every detail of the renting process. We're very satisfied customers with this Store on Austin Street in Forest Hills and we're highly recommend for everyone to use this Store services.
