  After being frustrated from trying to buy an off the rack Suit from a retail store, I decided to go to Mens Warehouse. I remember the great experience that I had the last time that I was there to rent a Tuxedo. . . . . Greeted with a professional smile from Richard Levy, I was given a great deal, delivered with fantastic service. At the Retail Outlet I was on my own with no assistance, and no idea what I was doing. At Mens Warehouse, I had someone to answer my questions and concerns, and guide me to my selection. . . and, after it all, I even paid less than I would have at the other place. . . . I can't wait to go back again.

  Kevin was a huge help - knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he made sure an item was in stock at another store before I made the trip.

  Super helpful here, just wish they would have figured out that the pants weren't available in the size I needed before I made the extra trip here.

  Do not waste your time by coming here! Horrible customer service!!! No one wants to answer your question, they obviously do not need your money!! You are better off ordering online, or go to another store!!!

  I feel compelled to write this review because I am an extremely unhappy customer. I had spent $1200 on suits in this location on one shot. This was 3 suits, so as you can see this wasn't a cheap suit. However not one of them was altered right. In fact one of the pants were so bad they looked like shorts when I put them on. One of the jackets was so tight I couldn't button it. I brought them back 2x . The first time I brought it back telling them how bad the tailoring was, they had the gall to say I had to buy a new pair of pants to fix it. I obviously was not having this. They ended up getting a new pair and fixing it. However the 2nd time wasn't good either. This time they were like shorts but even when standing it sat above my ankle. In fact it fell where my socks ended. I looked ridiculous. So as it stand I have 3 suits I can not wear. I have 1 I can wear but can not button up. I blame the sales guy and the tailor. The sales guy was an older gentleman (wish I could remember his name) that was gracious and nice. and seems to be the manager or supervisor over the younger sales guys> His "niceness" does not excuse the poor, sloppy work they do when hemming and tailoring their clothes. Not only did they do a horrible job, they took much longer than agreed. It was suppose to be 14 days. It turned into a 35 days and that was with me calling and asking about it over and over again. I had to wear a ill fitting suit to some important business meetings. They made me feel so uncomfortable when I came back to ask them work to be redone, that I have given up and had to eat $1,200 cost. AVOID THIS PLACE! I don't know if its all locations but this location for sure, is a nightmare. (I had a friend go there before I got my suits back, and his experience was not much different. he also spend over a $1,000 and walked away with ill fitting clothes) In case you are wondering, I am tall but I've been able to get suits cheaper and better cut at Macy's. I will shop there in the future.
