  The staff was most helpful with my son who is getting married and with his groomsmen. They took their time to explain the process and they took time with the measurements. Hopefully come July all the rentals will come together and everyone in the wedding party will shine

  We bought suits for our wedding from here and they are so helpful. I only had a general idea of what I wanted but the salesman was able to help me find something that went with my dress and matched my husband's taste. Whatever extra you have to pay here is well worth the customer service.

  Nicole is so nice and professional. She treats you like a next door neighbor, and has just a polarizing helpful attitude. The quality of clothing and suits are awesome. Online ordering is easy, and the staff are friendly and helpful to place online orders if they don't have your size in stock. Definitely recommending all that are looking for quality clothing to come here. They definitely stand above the rest in service and quality!!!

  How do you turn a bad rating into a great rating? It's how you handle issues. I was promised a time frame for alterations that were not met. I needed it for a wedding and business trip. When I got home with the jacket the alterations had not been started. Needless to say I was upset. When I got back from my trip I took the jacket in and voiced my issue. Steve the manager and his staff were amazing in correcting the issue, acknowledging the mistake, and going above and beyond to make it right. I will not go anywhere else to buy clothes and fully recommend Steve and his staff!
