  My husband and son were fitted for wedding suit rentals in early April. We were assured that the rental would be ready for us to pick up yesterday, almost three weeks later. Both my husband and son were measured for their suits. Of course when they arrived to pick up their suits, my husband's pants and jacket were ill fitting and my son's pants were extremely tight. The sales person suggested that we "let him wear the tight pants for the ceremony then change into something more comfortable afterward". Utterly ridiculous! It's bad enough that we had to pay $175 for a suit rental for a five year old-to be told that he should just deal with being uncomfortable is really upsetting. The ceremony is taking place tomorrow and they better find a better solution to the issue.

  The customer service was terrible! When I walked in a gentleman greeted me at the front desk. He said he would help me. I waited and waited for him to come to us and measure my son. He took care of another customer and didn’t acknowledge us at all. I don’t recommend anyone going there.

  Didn't want to do proper alterations because i bought suit from Internet, first thing they ask is did you buy it from the Internet.

  I arrived at the store approximately 5 minutes to closing on a Tuesday night. All I asked the representative at that time was to do a fitting. He told me they were closed and that they were ready to go home. I kindly said I am a retail manager as well and the hours posted is the time you lock your doors. I was highly upset. I pushed the fact that he should service me and he proceeded to tell me that they were closed and it was not 9pm yet. VERY DISSATISFIED with this location.
