  Friendly but lacking. Went to Menashe b/c of my timeline and their proximity. Mistake. Ring was sent out, late, and incorrectly resized, despite two different sizings. Will go back to my old jeweler in the city.

  This is a true West Seattle family owned and operated original jeweler!! Josh and Joanna have been a huge help in my selection process for a wedding ring.   I will never shop anywhere else! Josh and his associates are the best in the business and have taken care of me every time I'm there. I have purchased all of my wife's jewelry from Menashe and I feel as though the prices are very fair and client care is second to none. Very accommodating! All of my wife's jewelry is custom made by Menashe to order and every single piece has come out perfect.
