  Being in the service industry and a client of 12 years of this company....im rather disappointed with the service I've received recently. I order about 2xs a year from them....this last order of $600 of products was incorrect with generic labels all thrown strewn and several cracked jars in a box with no bubble wrap or paper. It was shipped to an old address of mine. Now I've been trying to rectify the situation since Nov 7th. Left several messages but to no avail. Extremely disappointed.
