  I wish I would of reviewed them online before I called. Left a voicemail with someone to get a quote, called back a week later cause I didnt hear anything. They ended up sending someone onsite but another week passed and they didnt provide a quote nor were responsive when you inquired on the quote itself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  First attempt: Filled out their online form to have someone contact me for an estimate. They never called. Second attempt: Later thst week I called to schedule an appt and was told the lady who schedules is at lunch, was advised to leave a message on her voicemail and she would call me back. Waited a couple of days and no call back. Third attempt: Called back to inform of what happened and I finally spoke to someone and told then that I filled out the online form and left a message. They claimed that they couldn't understand the phone number left in the message, that I repeated twice. No explanation as to why the online request was ignored. So I made an appt for my parents on a Friday. Appt was for following Monday, which was yesterday. They never showed. My parents are retired and are always home. No call and no show. Do not use this company. A secretary answers the phone right away, but you will be transferred to a voicemail for someone to contact you for an estimate. Apparently they don't want the business. Btw... Just found out that my sister tried calling them as well before I did and no one responded to her voicemail either.

  I called to set up for someone to give me a quote on Monday. They said the next available appointment would be Friday at 1pm. I made the appointment for Friday. I took off work half a day so could meet the estimator. A little after 1pm when nobody showed up I called to check if the estimator was delayed or still coming. I was switched to someone else and had to leave a message for them to call me back. When they called me back 30 minutes later they informed me that they had set my appointment for 3 weeks from now! I would never made the appointment that far out nor would I had just blown one of my flew days off. The company showed no concern over my time and didn't mind canceling my appointment or losing my business. If you value your time don't bother making an appointment or doing business with Memphis Fence Company.
