  The guy who helped me, Rene, was knowledgeable, curtious and not pushy on buying items for my bike. Came in with a minor problem and he helped me fix it quickly. Had items I needed. The place was a bit cramped, room for one or two customers at a time. Español friendly. I suggest checking out Memos if your trying to buy a new bike or just need a fix!

  very professional staff, superb customer service, the kind of service you don't see anymore. Most places see a $$$ sign when you walk in a cycle shop, this place is all service and customer first. If you own a bicycle you have to pay this shop a visit, you won't regret it.

  Do not go here. I tried to pay for a service and they told me to do it myself. I'm visiting and I don't have the space, tools, or clothes to get dirty in. They get a star because they were nice. I'm trying to support their business and in order for me to get my bike serviced I have to do most the work myself. I even called in advanced to tell them what I need done. I'm going to a bike shop downtown or somewhere else.
