  Memorial Plaza Park is one of a series of six city parks in the Downtown of St Louis City. It’s age is back on 1932. On the eastern side of the park, there are granite and stone monuments to each of the foreign wars between WWII, Korea and Vietnam. Names of St. Louisans who served and lost their lives are on display.

  Its strange for the Soldiers Memorial to be gated off. The image makes it even more stately. The adjacent park is shady and well kept.

  I preferred the other set up better. But I suppose it had to be updated. Eventually it'll grow on me.
