  HORRIBLE! Dr.Pearlman did my braces many years ago and only after did I find out he was not an orthodontist. Upon finding an orthodontist and receiving xrays, I was told the dentist that facilitated my braces tightentened them too often and too tight- destroying my roots. Beware. He's personable but far from skilled.
