  Nice little park on the roof of Port authority, AAA, etc. Has a fountain and is cozy for downtown. Nice view of William Penn hotel

  Nice Park to sit and relax. Quiet during the work hours and lots of shady spots. Water feature is beautiful. Very clean and nobody was smoking there which is nice
