  Great! Staff sensitive to need to have scent free dogs. Also, good with skittish dog.

  I love this place! They are so sweet and caring towards our 3 babies. They are always so friendly and helpful whenever I call. I won’t use any other place.

  BEWARE!!! I have been taking mine and my Mother In Laws fur babies to Melissa’s for several years and have spent thousands of dollars. This past weekend I had boarded my babies from 3pm on Saturday and picked them up Sunday at 730, due to the Sunday hours only being from 630-730. She charged us $85.95. The boarding fee was 50.00 and 45.95 for DAYCARE for Sunday. When my husband called and informed her we would have picked them up first thing Sunday morning but she chooses not allow pickup until 630-730 we had no option. She told him it’s her business and she makes the rules! Ridulous!! There have been many of times that I have taken the boys to be groomed and their appointment was first thing in the morning and they don’t call until 5:00 and I’ve never been charged an additional day care fee!! We will never use or refer Melissa’s again!!
