  I am an emergency responder who frequently visits Maple Glen for various emergencies. The staff at Maple Glen are rather incompetent for the patients in times of need. They rarely understand the critical nature of their patients and have a tendency to wait upwards of 30 minutes before dialing 911. The nurses have often given me confounding reports when I arrive on scene as well. Please spare your loved one and avoid this place!

  My grandmother is there because it's what we can afford. There are a few good nurses there. My favorite is Joyce and this other Hispanic woman who bathes my grandma. For the most part, they are the only reasons this place even gets one star. MOST of the nurses and aides are extremely nasty and give you an attitude when asking for something as if it weren't their job. An aide wouldn't help me with my grandmothers wheelchair because "SHE DON'T DO THAT. " Maybe if you were educated and knew how to speak correctly with an ounce of professionalism and common courtesy, I wouldn't be writing such a review. I reported her and they said they would take care of it. Let's see. I hope to be able to put my grandmother somewhere she deserves. The few good nurses are the only reason she's still there besides financial situations.

  Well let's just say that someone forgot about this place. It looks like they just build the building turn around and didn't look back EVER AGAIN , everything looks beat up, it just looks like is been used and used over and over and since is still working they just don't feel the need to update. The machine they use to take my father's blood pressure didn't work, they look for another one AND IT DIDN'T WORK!!! The floor and carpet looks super old and definitely not clean or updated... Won't recommend this place at all!!!
