  While evacuating from Hurricane Harvey these guys took car of my car’s oil change within an hour when Dobb’s Tire & Auto Center said they’d finish my oil change the following day. Pluses: + LARRY was so amazing to me with his friendliness & his welcoming persona! + The value & location were both great! + They refilled my windshield fluid without my request. Negatives: - Steering wheel was returned a little dirty.

  I had an appointment that I made on the website. I selected exactly what I needed to be done. The appointment was confirmed. I arrived on time...didn't even make it to the door before a guy walks out and asks me what I'm there for, when I tell him he says "oh we don't do that"....oh really? So now I'm writing this from a jiffy lube where my car hasn't even been checked in yet going on 1.5 hours. Seriously F-this place.

  These guys are great. The manager (Larry) is very professional and honest. If your car doesn't need something, he'll let you know and won't try to sell you an unnecessary repair. I took my car in for brakes and they replaced the brakes and turned the rotors for me. I noticed a sound in one of them several weeks later, and they turned the rotor again without charge. These are now my "go to" repairmen.

  Ridiculousness... I can't even begin to understand how my vehicle went in running on 8 cylinders, needing exhaust, two tires put on and a mass air flow sensor, to now running on just 7 cylinders... needing a coil plug in which was cut off and handed to me.. $50 labor to put on 2 tires... Smh Running from junk yard to junk yard to find a part that was not only taken off without my approval but broke and now I'm having to replace at my expense, tired and frustrated, just ordered part from eBay today. And I'm still holding a $418 bill.... Literally sick, coughing and sore throat from out in junk yards trying to find this part. Two week nightmare!! Never again.... And please let's pray that nothing else happens to my car while in their facility because I will gladly sue!! 💯

  After a lot of places turned me down to do the work on my car the manager at Meineke was absolutely amazing. The day that I took in my car to be fixed I was sick as a dog and he was kind enough to put me in his vehicle and drive me to my residence so that I could go back to bed. That kind of customer service makes me want to go back to them.
