  I had gotten a flat tire on a Saturday after they closed and was a victim of domestic violence, I called buddy Monday and told him about my BIG ORDEAL I HAD and he was so compassionate, was able to get my car back that day. I will be going back there for my car needs.

  Got meineke service appointment through website. When I went there, person in charge told me that he won't get any notification for online appointment. I'm not in his list and I have to wait till he completes service for all other cars who came there directly. Spoke to Meineke customer care and complaint about this issue. Pls think twice before going to Meineke... Especially in Ronkonkoma ... Worst exp I had today...

  Made an online appointment on a Saturday as I have done in past. Desk told me they did not know I was coming in despite the verification I received 2 days prior confirming appointment. The 2nd star is for the past experience and also them attempting to squeeze me in later in the day but at that point I was put off enough to take my business elsewhere. Suggest they synch up their online reservations to avoid these issues going forward or do not allow online appointments if they will not honor it properly.

  One star because I can't give no stars. I scheduled an appointment for a state inspection this morning. When I arrived the man who runs the counter said that two people had called in sick and he only had one person working. While I was understanding of his situation, I kindly requested that I be seen first. I had a scheduled appointment, I had indicated that I needed to wait with the car, and there were clearly no other customers waiting. He stated that it wouldn't be fair to the other customers and that he couldn't accommodate. When I pointed out that no other customers were waiting he stated that he didn't know I was coming. When I reminded him that I had already indicated I had a previously scheduled appointment, he shrugged at me. I again pointed out that there were no other customers waiting for their vehicles, that they had all dropped them off and left, he again just shrugged his shoulders at me. I was a long standing customer of Meineke and have been to several locations across Long Island. It has been a while since I have needed a vehicle serviced but was optimistic in returning as a customer. I will never go to a Meineke again thanks to this incredible lack of service and clear display that this individual could not possibly care less about his customers and losing them.
