  My experience here was AWESOME!!! I've been to plenty of Meinekes, and nothing compares to the one in Englewood... I felt like family... They actually cared, andddd, got the job done! (correctly lol... Rare, right?! Thanks Mike! Xo) And What really made me decide to come, was Bernard... He made me sooo comfortable on the phone, I had to come and check it out... And I was RIGHT! Bernard made sure I was taking care of... (I know I was probably ignoring asking too many questions.. Lol but you Bernard! Answer allll of them... And got results..) Now that great service right there!!! Thanks Bernard xo!! Y'all have a loyal customer in me forEVER!!

  They did a great job - quick and efficient - and i did nt really feel like a rip off compared to quotation I got from a dealership. They even took me inside the shop and showed exactly whats going on with my flange (muffler pipe) and what needs to be replaced - no BS , the staff is cool and i felt reliable! would recommend to anyone.

  Serviced my Ford Focus today with Bernard and his crew. Couldn't be happier. They did a comprehensive inspection and listed everything that needed attention right in front of me with the vehicle lifted. The crew is very friendly and knowledgeable, and they work with a sense of urgency. Knowing that I'd be out of a ride home during the repair Bernard gave me a lift home. These guys are looking out for you and keep your safety and best interests in mind. The car rides smoother, brakes better and starts easier after the job, not to mention the free tire rotation included. Make these guys your dedicated mechanics.

  AMAZING SERVICE! Simply amazing. The week I was supposed to take a long trip to FL in my BMW, I felt a problem in the front end. It turned out to be that I had blown a strut. Well, long story short, my BMW required special struts that had to be shipped over. Bernard worked all week with various vendors until he was able to find the right ones. Knowing that I was leaving Sat in the morning, his team worked quickly the day before and got the job done in the nick of time, all while Bernard lent me his auto so that I could get around that afternoon...! I will be a lifelong customer. This kind of service and commitment is hard to find. THANK YOU! UPDATE: I have been back twice after my first review (oil change and change Brake Pads) and I am completely satisfied for their consistent customer service and honesty. Thank you guys...!

  When I first went there a couple months ago, the new owner was very kind. Took car of my oil change , fast service. Today, I brought my car in to get checked because my "check coolant level" came on and I had slight white smoke coming out of the hood. I brought my car over there and I mentioned to Bernard (the new owner or management) that I thought it could be my radiator because of the white smoke. I paid for the diagnostics. It ended up being that there was a leak in my radiator. I asked him to put everything back together and I would let him know tomorrow if I was going to service my car with him. At no point in time did my car show any signs of leaking on the floor nor was it over heating. The moment I parked my car all of the coolant was on the floor so I called Bernard and he put on the a mechanic and he stated all he did was fill up my radiator with fluid, that it will stop leaking when it reaches the crack. And that supposedly my reservoir was empty when I brought it in (which it wasn't because I filled it up a couple days ago and I checked it the morning of and there was still some). And when I get my money together I can bring my car in to fix it and Bernard and I can workout the numbers. When I drove my car, it overheated. I called again and Bernard put on the same mechanic, he first said the same story and I told him my car was not overheating before it was touched by your store. Then he stated all he did was an air pressure test to check the leak and filled it up. I said to him so basically because you did the air pressure test it opened up my crack more and his reply was "yup." I paid $65 to basically mess my car up and I wasn't even given the diagnostic information. I was not told this could happen if the did the test. They knew it was the radiator because he said it before he took my car in. And then the charges to change the radiator would be "around" $1700 because of labor. I'm dissatisfied with the service and their mechanic's attitude and disloyalty. I do not recommend them. They are a rip off.
