  I went for a check engine light being on they claimed they fixed the problem and about an hour later the light came back on brought it back and they said oh sometimes that happens when you first get a problem and an hour after I left the second time it came back on and then it was oh you have a different problem now really I came for you to fix whatever the problem was not to have to keep coming back it was not a good experience

  The owner/manager isn't not as friendly as I expected. I made an appointment for oil change and put my car model online. He didn't seem like check it and asked. I waited more than an hour. When he tried to process payment, he didn't know what the company offers and the price of it. I was looking for the service of full synthetic oil change package and showed him their company web page. Even though the team performed the services that I asked for eventually, I'm still disappointed.

  I'm very grateful I met Louis (owner) and his team. The install of my car exhausts were brilliant. Soooo clean. I am coming back for some projects for my car. If you are in the Ossining area. They have a Meneike shop there.

  Told by dealership that the muffler on my Lexus 460 was leaking- took it to Meineke in White Plains and told Tom my muffler needed repair. Tom advised that no repair was necessary and simply cleaned the catalytic converter. In 55 years of car ownership I never had a repair shop talk me out of a repair. White Plains Meineke is an honest organization that I will be looking forward to relying upon in the future.

  I drive a Honda. Unlike other service centers that I've visited in the past, including Honda's own, they never try to upsell me here for parts that I don't need. They're always clear about what is required and how urgent it is. I appreciate that. I've been coming here for 4 years now, and my car is still doing well. I must note that I can't speak for speed of service, because I live a short walk away and always leave my car here and come back to retrieve it later.
